'Newton  Rentals  are  a  dedicated  residential  letting  agent.  We  are  committed  to  providing  a dedicated  service  focusing  soley  on  finding  good  quality  tenants  and  properties  for  the  tenants and  landlords  alike.  We  believe  in  being  pro-active  and  working  hard  for  our  clients.  We  check references,  draw  up  tenancy  agreements,  do  accompanied  viewings,  handover  of  keys  and  much, much  more.

We now have a Specialist Commercial Letting division and have had some recent success in this area.

We  are  quickly  building  a  reputation  for  being  fast  and  efficent  and  both  our  landlords  and  tenants  appreciate  this.  This  way  we  get  repeat  business  time  and  time  again.
